Cancellation policy

Standard orders
Once an order is placed and shipped, it can’t be cancelled, as outlined in our Purchase and Return Policy. Please review your cart and shipping address before checking out.

Pre-orders
If you’ve placed a pre-order and change your mind, let us know within 2 days of ordering and we’ll cancel it for you. After that window, pre-orders are final.

How to cancel
Email us at itsbubutcg@gmail.com with your order number within the 2-day window.
